However when I start or load a save game, it will just exit to windows?

NOTE: WinRar 5+ minimum is required to unpack files.

Changelog:
Added configurable units for speed, power, weight and force
Added support for deprecated mods (existing mods without an “info.lua” file)
Fixed main menu mod list (scrollable now)
Fixed mod display in load game menu (displayed list of active mods was not correct)

USA DLC:

Fixed Mikado locomotive availability
Fixed a bug which caused all buildings to appear when choosing American buildings only
Fixed American trees (some European trees were still used along streets or in parks)
Fixed Peterbilt truck name (was American truck before)
Fixed main menu background images (display USA background images when starting a USA game)
Improved sky box (sun was not at the correct position and fixed artifacts)
Improved USA buildings (removed German commercials etc.)

Hope I'm not being rude but can someone please help me with this game now crashing to desktop? :(
Whenever now I click "New Game" or "Load Game" it will just quit...

Anyone else experience this problem? I'm using codex files and I don't have problem with the game before the DLC.
I download the latest version and just doesn't help

i am using scaramonga's full release with DLC(5399) and the new 5442 update cracked with the same .exe and codex emu i posted. and have had no crashes.

I'm using exactly same release as you mentioned but somehow it just crash to desktop no matter if I start new or load a game.
I will try to download it one more time and see if it helps.
