Uhm, its a DLC, you just need Super Street Fighter IV Arcade Edition and maybe add DLC-ID in Steam-Emu.

Im talking about needing a Crack, not about Retail Versions. Or is full retail Standalone*!? (*as for crack use any steam-emu..)

guys the iso posted by richlyreyes is like a "pre-load".. and if you dont own the SFIVAE(with Ultra upgrade).. it wont install. for example, i can install the iso, but it wont install the upgrade since i dont own it  ) as for a crack, the SKIDROW steam emu demde included with the new SFIVAE FTS steam release should work fine, we just need the Ultra Edition DLC files. _________________

Anyone can post the USF4 Upgrade DLC files only? As I already have SSF4AE Steam Edition, I really don't want to download another 7GB files again.

Here is the Ali213 crack. Can anyone test this? Doesn't seem to work for me. I get an infinite loading screen when it's time to go to the main menu.

You can potentially unlock this dlc for free using SFIVAE
But you require the files from it, someone needs to upload one.
^ I am getting the same thing, well its the same thing as most dlcs that only get downloaded when steam checks if you own it.
