  • Black Box: 7.5/10 (Some nice self-made compressing tools, not really good lzma switches)
  • z10yded: 8/10 (Self-made source code)
  • RG Revenants: 9/10 (Author of all repack tools)

This SSFIV.exe is the original retail installation with updates turned off so it does not load the new being is not reading the skins sftk save, is that correct?

this is the ORG .exe yes.. and it will allow the SFxT saves to be read to unlock the ALT 1 costumes for the 5 new characters!
and once you unlock the ALT 1 costumes and your game saves, you can switch to the new HOTFIX .exe.
