How do I get this update to work with RELOADED version without using 3DM game crack? I installed the update, but the game crashes when I start it up.

hello guys,
i've downloaded Ultra Street Fighter IV [Update 4] (2014) [R.G. Mechanics] - which i found out later (which was too late) doesnot have in game HUD (blood bar etc) present. Although I've enabled the HUD option in screen settings..
is this version broken?
which version (with the latest update) should i get? any link(s)?
mega / rapidgator will be highly apreciated

It usually makes sense to use the latest versions of programs, but not if the majority of people playing a game online still use the old version(s). Are there valid reasons for sticking to Ultra.Street.Fighter.IV.Steamworks.Fix-RVTFiX & Update-2 rather than the new versions, or is the only reason to avoid them to ensure that one can find more opponents still using the outdated versions of those files?

If you do not care about bug fixes, new features, as well as balancing the characters, then you can play even in version 1.00.
For example, in the last update finally added trials for Ultra version, before they were not, and for its new characters.
Not to mention the Omega fashion.

My assumption (and impression from listening to saberwolf) is that people who use the newest updates/versions of those hacks cannot play online with people using older versions/updates.
