From the Latin alphabet is the case for 5 minutes - just open the file hex-editor of the English version, and rewrite the 2 lines, with Russian is more difficult, because instead of letters file contain code letters in the font file.
P.S. I and the English is bad...

Is there a dlc unlocker for the legit version?
I tried this one USF4.CRACK.UPDATE-5(v1.04).3DM.rar but then my game is stuck at the loading screen.

You need to either buy them or to have 3DM's updates 4 & 5 installed over the base game in order to have access to the DLC content; but then I doubt your game will remain legit anymore.

Okay I guess the Digital Upgrade to Ultra is missing. I guess I'll just buy it when it's on sale. Anyway, what about the costumes? Are they downloaded already? Because when I play online against people who have those packs I should be able to see them and therefore they should be downloaded already.

Ohh boy, so buying this game will be expensive as hell. Well, I will stick to my version for now since I totally suck in the game anyway. I mean so far I have serious troubles in beating the campaign in medium mode. Once I am a bit better I might look into this again.
