You must replace the SSFIV.exe with the one from Update#2 and use the Revolt crack, because for some weird reason most people with the cracked game refuse to use SSFIV.exe from Update#5.[/quote]

Hey Fawaz, Thank you so much for the reply. Three things more I need help with Please, can you please send me the link for the update 2, I cant seem to find it. And Second, with update 2, will I need to copy and paste all files(.ini,.dll, .exe, etc.) to the directory folder and remove the previous ones? And last, would I need to launch the game through steam or directly from the launcher file? Thanks again[/quote]

Hey Fawaz, Its still giving me the same error, "Steam Must be running to play this game (SteamAPI_Init() failed) "

Is the Steam client installed on your system? If so, then you might want to remove & re-install it. You might also want to re-install your game just to ensure everything is fine on that front.

The game works fine with the orignal crack files (Steam_api.dll & .ini) and original SSFIV.exe but just doesn't go online. I tried re-installing the game yesterday but didn't work, thats when I made an account here to get help. I'm new to steam, made a free account on it yesterday, I just re-installed Steam, same error again.

Are you able to access the Steam page and your profile page from within the client after logging in? If so, then you should be able to launch the game without problem. :?

Yeah the steam page comes on and the profile page, Steam seems to be working fine, no issues there. Still same error, Do i need to to use orignal cracks or the 3dm Crack files too or not, in any case I tried all combinations.

I'm assuming you installed Steam on the default path (C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\Steam.exe). Not sure if that's necessary though. And no, you don't need to use any other crack files when using Revolt.

Yeah the steam in saved to that exact path that you mentioned, also is there a difference between steam.exe and steam_client.exe?
One last thing can u please upload the Revolt files that you have, maybe that might help, if not then I'll just go back to playing TeknoMW3 :(

There is certainly a difference b/w the two but you just need Steam.exe to launch it.

Hey I just restarted my computer, Turned on Steam ran the Launcher as admin and is now working just fine :shock: :D ::D :mrgreen:

Im having a bit of a problem and i hope someone can help.

So i own Super Street Fighter 4 AE on Steam, and when Ultra Street Fighter 4 came out i downloaded the Reloaded Update files and updated my legit game to Ultra Street Fighter 4 and was able to play online on legit servers. But its been awhile since i played the game and i now cant get it to work online any more. single player works perfect but when i go to online match it finds a player and then the game just freezes up even after updating to the latest release same as i did before by copying over the update files.
So is the anyway to get this working again? or have they fixed it with the new updates?

O0o0 that explains a lot, another question am I the only one without the Omega Mode update or the cracks not out yet?
