Noo..! I don't want to deal with this, I took some time off to relax and have no worries! For some reason when I open Update 3 FTS with WinRAR I get an error , I don't get it downloading went fine. Anyone might have an idea on why this is happening? Thanks.

are u using the new version of winrar. The old winrar can give u an error ,if u are opening an archive made with the new winrar 5.10 and above. ======================================== I hasd a problem recently with a particular host . I downloaded this file 3 times and it looked like it completed successfully ,but each time it said "CORRUPT HEADER" in winar. I had to search and get the file from a different host. ----------------------------------------------------------------------
Do i need previous updates with the 3dm update 3 ?

@DAFFYDAFFY: Thanks for replying, much appreciated. Uh.. yeah, I'm using WinRAR 4.0 I believe, never had any problems before. I should probably go straight to updating, but I want to test downloading from a different host first and see what happens.

I'm on winrar 5.20 beta 4. I think u might have a point about beta winrar. Maybe it's best to use the latest stable version. Anyway ,is the 3dm update3 an A.I.O ? and can someone post the update 2-FTS 14mb. The links are dead. -- Edit -- Whatever. wrote: @DAFFYDAFFY: Thanks for replying, much appreciated. And I would like to remind you not to use colours in standard posts without the need to structure anything (see §4.2 of the rules for further information)... Thanks for your cooperation.

Hi Guys
Just got the RG mechanics release of Ryse, managed to install the FTS update 1 and 2 but update 3 gives me 13 mismatch error's, either I'm missing something or doing something incredibly wrong
Can someone please help me on this?

FTS's updates 1 and 2 only patch one single file using xdelta, while their update 3 patches 13 different files... Many repacks use rebuilding techniques to win disk space, but this unfortunately alters the treated files' checksums, and xdelta.exe based updates will fail, as it did in your case... So I recommend to use xdelta updates only on original releases with "valid" checksums and stay away from repacks if you plan to apply xdelta patches...

Whoops sorry for the late reply, forgot about this. Thanks I'm trying to get the original release through some people and hopefully can get this patched up

The last patch affected mostly higher end videocards, unless you have one don't bother.

I actually own the game on steam, Pretty much since I don't have such a big cap I rely on xdelta patches and friends, so without that patch I'd have to download around 18GB of which I don't have at all, goes for most of the time's I post asking for help, if I can get it fully updated etc then just drop it into steam and let it download what it needs and I'm off Some might find that silly but I like steam features
