Was looking for a way how to play with a friend who buyed the game without kicking him (cause of the steam id, it would be the same.)

So here's how to prevent that. Ask your friend to authorize your computer, so you get access to his library, or ask him to at least allow you to use his copy of Life is Feudal.
Use Brucies Wrapper attached below, it will tell steam that you're playing Life is Feudal and that will work now since you got access from a friend.
This way did generate a seperate steam Id for me which legit servers actually accept. This should work 5 or 10 times with only one copy of the game. (I think 5 or 10 is the max numbers of ppl to allow playing your games).

The crack might not be needed, not sure with this ID thingy, but it's 4:30am here so I won't bother with this for now...

it still asks the other person to quit the game when the owner wants to play it doesnt it

Yeah but I found a workaround!
1. Download the full game through your friends library (which he enabled to use it on your own account)
2. Close Steam
3. Download the AppID.Patch.v2.rar from here viewtopic.php?p=904344#p904344
4. Patch packageinfo.vdf with this ID 290080 (It's the ID of Life is Feudal)
5. Launch steam again, it should now be in your list instead of your friends library.
6. Launch the game through steam and hope it works as well as it does here.
PS: This DOES NOT allow you to patch the game for future updates or anything, at least not through steam...

I don't use a crack with this method currently.
If the patcher doesn't add it to your list, delete packageinfo.vdf and appinfo.vdf and regenerate them by login into your account, then follow those steps again.

Can anyone who has the game or original files please upload the original steam_api.dll please?
I guess the SSE wrapper does not work because of it. I use already cracked version so I am not sure whether the SSE emu works properly.

Well I pretty fixed almost everything.

From now I will start working on the server regularly. I will try to keep the server updated to latest version always. You can find the server here

joinToRemoteServer("boomerfeudal.cloudapp.net:28000")
http://steamcommunity.com/groups/boomeryonkisfeudal

I will update this post regularly also with my findings and updates. Custom coding will stay with me :)

Thanks but it seems it's not the steam_api.dll that's making the problem.
Still have the problem with the
write auth_type=2
.. AutorisationRecject ...

It seems SSE really does not send the set SteamID

Made a post about it in the SSE thread already, guess we just have to wait.

Hey Guys,
is there anyone who succeeded in playing this game without fake steam account in LAN or private servers?
Please report how. I tried a lot today but resign as it just fails to connect (or set the right appID for both server and client).
