Can you reupload it using a different host? That link is unavailable in the US.

EDIT: Nevermind, downloaded it using a VPN. It's not working though, are you using the CODEX version?

You dont even need tunngle for Naruto Storm games to work online...

so i've checked tunngle they do have a server but i don't think it works. the people in the chat were saying it doesn't matter if we use tunngle or not so not sure...but in all honesty im thinking to play ANY mp you gotta buy this one Edit: also does everyone else have all the character slots locked? i can only seem to make one character Edit 2: nevermind upon further research it found out its part of the games mechanics, you have to beat the game before you can make more characters xP

Yeah codex Layout should be C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Steam\CODEX\323470\remote\dbxv.sav or just paste the dbxv.save wherever your save location is? deleted my file, loaded game up, new game, re pasted it, works again. so its not broken :O
