Hmm seems i dont have a HD+ option in my options menu O_O .

Nevermind its ok now mate found the options menu with HD+ (Seems i didnt have it turned on x_x) you have to be in game to get to the HD+ options menu :-) .
Still characters now look better, i would still love to be able to unpack the PCK files to see if i could make them even higher res xD .
But then they could have a set limit to their file size etc so maybe even if i could get to the textures i still might not be able to make them more higher res

Yeah, it doesn't upres the characters - it just applies a smoothing filter like 2xSai.

Do you mean this beep? Could be the radar that can be turned off in the setting

I don't know what it is, but the "radar beep" option does nothing, enabled or disabled. It's a loud beep every single time you advance a text box and it absolutely ruins this game. I'm not going back until it's removed/disabled :(



It's in both the "HD" release and the original MD one;

I'm getting a 'Here comes a new challenger - Won your first battle' achievement notification after every battle, even if I already won dozens of battles:

I installed this release, Update 2 (same issue with Update 1) and the aliemu crack.

= Fixed a bug where some users constantly get the same trophy message after every battle.

+ Added launch options to help users troubleshoot graphics and gamepad problems

Launch Options

To better adapt to the wide variety of hardware, we're providing a few launch options to help troubleshoot problems with gamepads and graphics drivers.

To use game launch options, right click Pier Solar on your library and click on the button "Set launch options"

Enter the parameters from the list below to select the option you want to activate if you're having problem with graphics or gamepads. Enter the names only separated by spaces. Example: windib dxjoy

dxjoy = Use DirectX instead Win32 MultiMedia joystick driver (WINDOWS ONLY)

windib = Use windib instead DirectX to open the video mode (WINDOWS ONLY)- NOTE: Disabling DirectX may require you to set Vertical Sync manually on your graphics driver setting

nodxsync = Does't wait vsync with directx (WINDOWS ONLY)

noswapsync = Doesn't vsync with opengl (swap buffers)

nowait = Doesn't sync 60Hz if swap buffers and directx sync fails

noskip = Fix framerate to 60fps and doesn't perform frameskip 30-60 fps

windowed = Forces windowed mode

On there to do list Some one had the same issue with the beep to which they said they will let the programmers know that this is unnerving
