Regarding Czech and Polish - it's a developers' fault, not PLAZA's. The same shit happens with other languages:

contrary to what some people say, this game is very picky in regards to CPU.

- will have less performances issues using intel than amd cpu

- 3.2ghz is a must if you have a dual core, slower will cause destruction lag, might be due to it being ported from the 360 game, the console runs a 3.2ghz processor.

- fps dips may be experienced when using a 6 core amd fx processor, may need to disable a few cores?
(blood stone stutters on mobile i7 processors unless you disable 1-2 of the cores/threads) There are games that don't like hyper threading or the thing that amd uses)

- destruction is done via the cpu, 3.2ghz+ is a must. quad is optimal, but make sure the turbo speed is 3.0ghz+ or you will get lag.

- the game plays well on old-new gpu's, got a laptop with an 8800m gtx? it'll run lag free, as long as your cpu does 3ghz+

well czech/polish works fine for me, i just removed RU from language.dat in notepad ;-)

Steam Edition Update #2

8th December 2014

Changelog
- Fixed achievements unblocking when migrating saves from GFWL (you need to load save or play multi to activate it)
- Cheat menu fixed
- Fixed invites when the game is not launched and the player was invited to a friend’s party.
- Added table cheat protection. "Internet game" will be grayed out when the game detects modified table files. You might have to uninstall mods to get multi working.
- Added global search for "Any Game" playlist. Now the game searches two times, first time is for the near servers second is for all available.
- Fixed not working insane difficulty selection after finishing the game
- Handbook "new" text now disappearing when using mouse
- Fixed team assignment when two player were joining at the same time. (There should be nor more 5vs3 matches)
- Better team balance when joining in progress.
- Fixed bug causing connection error when joining to game that is in begining countdown state.
- To prevent joining at last seconds of the game, sessions can be joined in progress up to eight minutes from the start.

I do not say this because I have cracked launcher and running depends on rfg.exe
