I am on the very last stage of this game.

I am going to the 5th/6th floor in the "tower" and I am encountering a glitch. Of course, this Croteam is crazy sneaky with the triggers and DRM stuff, so it may be another way to "out" pirates.

On this 5th floor/6th floor I am working in unison with a "shepherd" but he seems to be stuck glitching in movement and is not carrying out the tasks appropriately. He just walks back and forth in a glitch pattern when it appears he should be getting on a bridge to continue his task.

I have the game installed to the steam folder/common/The Talos Principle but I am not sure I have the most recent update installed.
Of course, I am at the last level of the game and have read with a new update to the game, I will likely lose my previous saves.

Anyone who can shed some light on my situation, would greatly be appreciated.

You forgot to update your game, that happens when you use the crack with the outdated game,
Apply update 224531 from first post and use this lumaemu to continue with your save: viewtopic.php?p=1017818#p1017818

But why, zippyshare is very good and easy to use, just check "I'm not a robot" window a voila there's download window, just click and go.

WHY SO LONG????!!! The game uses digital signatures for packed files, so I have to rebuild them on user's computer and it takes time
Log out of Steam or quit it completely to avoid possible ban for using unauthorized software

Evry STEAM game is in "Steam\SteamApps\common\"
So YES Talos need to be placed in the same dir.

Not true. You should know about the option to create additional steam library folders on other drives, it's implemented since almost two years... When doing so, you are free to choose the base folder name, e.g. "S:\Games\SatanicSteamShit\steamapps\common\" and thus NOT "every" steam game has to be in "Steam\SteamApps\common\"...! And btw, both SS3 and TTP only check for the "steamapps\common\" folder structure - and I never doubted this at any time, since it would make no sense at all... Thanks to prudislav for confirmation!
