any crack for unlock dlc but not need the steam i mean not have open steam o vinculated with steam a offline crack like the fairlight crack but with dlc unlock funtion?

found a way to unlock the japanese voice dlc if you have the ali213 crack,
go to the ALI213.ini
go to the line that says DLC001=00000000000
replace it with DLC001=00000333460
Now save and close
(also note that #should NOT be there before the DLC001)
save and open up your game and you should be able to select japanese voice in the options menu

Anyone knows how to remove junk files from this game? I have ALI213 release with 3DM emu. Obviously, I wanna have ENG text & JAP audio thus bringing the size to a bare minimum.
I removed every single file that was in other lang. from every single subfolder in data folder, yet still the game sets ENG text, ENG audio by default + I can choose between other langs in options menu just like before I removed the excess data. Needless to say, game crashes if left that way, since it can't find the ENG audio and video.
Could this be .exe dependent or something? If anybody can help in any way, it'd be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Curious because I'm low on space, saw that the repack doesn't specify but it says that the videos are 45% down sampled to save space. i haven't downloaded it ,my computer would take way too long to rebuild. i made that mistake before  some of kaoskrew repacks are only ok ,if u have a top notch computer. e.g: Dragon.Age.Inquisition.Deluxe.Edition-KaOs = 1hour 15mins on a ssd (solidstate drive) rebuild/temp space =90gb. I left a message on kk forums asking what the final size is.

hi, could someone merge this 2 words into 1, so that it appear BlazBlue rather than Blaz Blue, make easier to search this topic.
