- So the hate bandwagon is back on, with all these fictional claims that
- our work is based on a p2p source. Let's clarify some points, our initial
- release included two undesired directories that a 'smart' person managed
- to spot. This led to the claims that our source is based on a p2p release
- and maybe even utilizing a p2p crack. This person FAILED to spot
- that our release included the game's full sound track while the p2p
- version did not (Proof 1 and 2). He also failed to check the crack
- itself and how it works (Proof 3), as the p2p crack crashes on
- load/save functions (Proof 4) while ours works fine.
- So how did these two directories end up in our first release? Grey Goo
- had some custom checks. So we had to test several approaches in a testdir.
- As soon as we were done with our crack, our tester
- was notified that a p2p crack was available before ours. He checked it
- out and found it non-working. Instead of packing a clean game dir, he
- packed the test dir with the leftovers of the non-working p2p crack.
- As that was pretty dumb, we repacked the release to deliver it in the
- state we intended to bring it to you in the first place.
- If the nukers would have checked a bit more, there would have been no
- need for this nfo. But since the competition is full of hate instead
- of acknowledging a fair win, you are reading this.
