Looks like we're gonna need a cracked steam version if we're to get these updates, strange it hasn't been done already. |

4,7 gb for those fixes? i have the dead zone issue, but can live with that..so far..i dont know the game, never played it before. why do i always think when you have such small fixes and update so many files their programming sucks ass??? |

@Dawe80 Because this files are huge... In some games files can be ~5 GB. And when they fix some codes in this file, file get updated. Ofc you don't download again ~5 GB, you download only updated codes for that file. But if you do copy paste that file it will be ~5 GB. That's why we are using xdelta to reduce the update to normal size, and just take changed codes for that file and put in old files. And now again file is like it was done copy-paste but with only updated codes. In some situation this updates are only 1 mb or smaller but whole file is ~5GB. This is just simply said... and explanation... And more and more games make huge files... And all games in unity engine have huge files (ofc if game is huge in the first place). |

yeah, but i mean like, you have certain things that are potentially more affected by bugs or other issues. like lets say controls, settings, i mean i would put them in a seperate file. i dont know... but we will get xdelta for this one, right? |

xdelta patch can be useful only if steam version matches 100% gog version, as the update is only on steam right now and i haven't seen a full steam release or we have to wait for gog to release their xdelta like update and then hopefully someone will share it |

I compared the FLT release with the outdated steam version and they have different hashes. Here's the xdelta patch for the FLT release: this patch converts the GOG version to updated steam version (you can't use GOG updates anymore). unpack it to the game folder and run update.1.bat file. Move the save files from the savegame folder to savegame\1638\
