I got the 3DM version that punchao uploaded and works fine on Win 8.1, something is wrong on your pc, maybe some vc redist not installed or you should try with all extra usb devices removed, also you should delete ~settings.bin

3DM version working fine here but no scanlines settings that i can tell :shock:

kof 2002 um steam and ps2 version are totally different, steam version has no 3D backgrounds and graphics texture looks not as smooth as ps2 version :/

i meant, everything unlocked already, i wrote BETA means for game from beta code, so yeah maybe i should sayin this is beta version, my bad, sorry.
