I installed VMware just like virtual PC ,and I installed WINXP on my virtual PC , but how do I install my GFti4200 Graphic Card and driver ?

I don't think you can use the cards driver. You just have to stick to vmdisplaydriver (Or what ever they are called)
BTW What os do you have? If your using Linux and want to play HL2 you better use Cedega.
