My point was that we don't have enough dedicated people to fill important jobs, and if there is someone, he will most likely be needed for the staff already - or something else more important than the other thing, which was the Upload Crew in this example.

I'd like you to stop your psychological bullshit. Saying "ah, I'm wasting time" and "whatever I write won't change your views", "maybe you will understand me at some point" and so on won't exactly make me feel wrong, it's not exactly persuasive reason. What you call projection however, is a trial of persuasion - what's projection supposed to be here? I don't lie, I state my personal experiences and if they have been mostly bad, then they have been mostly bad and that's it. What I also state is my discontent of ignorance of people I sort of care about, but I'm not projecting that on anyone, because it is in fact just my opinion and people are no dolls. People don't get or don't want to bother with what I try to tell them because they value peace over principle or whatever reasons they might have. Or simply just because they didn't experience the same I did - in general. People should try and judge for themselves. I have just tried to help them with my experiences. I live a lot in the past on this one (because after periods of doubt, the past has always proven me right again and continues to do so), that's why it might feel kind of stubborn to you. I have also continuously failed to make people see that facts have spoken for themselves and that it's not only me. It's just only me who cares about the past, maybe. Who doesn't forgive because doing so always turned out to be a huge mistake.

QFT! This and the "p47 hate" are the only things in IRC which have really annoyed me since I joined IRC about one year ago.

While reading all these posts I totally forgot what the topic is about.

Browsing this forum became a daily routine for me and the community helped me a lot.
The IRC channel is the main reason for not leaving the community. I learned the basic of programming with mitsus tutorials and the help of of people in IRC which never stopped answered to my dump questions. Not to mention that I improved my English skills.
