I mean, you somewhat stole them and cracked them...
If not: can he sue you because you compromised his privacy?
You never know whit Belgian law...

You can get sued for this kind of thing very easily. I know of someone who got sued by his ex-girlfriend because he "hacked" her email account using Firefox password remembering..
