I accidentaly Shift+Delete a file from desktop,do you guys know any good and fast tool to recover the file ?
I know the location and file name...

WinHex or Recuva should do the trick, the former once recovered a full partition I thought was gone forever with almost zero errors. Try not to make too many writes to the disk where the deleted file is on in the meantime.

I hope he got Vista or Windows 7, these will automatically defragment when your computer is idle. ::D
