first, this is not a forum to solve the problem that are not related to steam
secondly, consider using a more appropriate title when asking such a question
At last about your question, if you want to mask your IP completely on network level ......... you can try something like VPN (but still can't mask your IP if your application has sent the local IP address through application layer) ......... if you want to try another options ..... try to consider creating a tunnel on local computer and then connect it to any SOCKS server (but this should be less stable then using VPN)

Download proxifier, add a proxy from sockslist (any US/Canada Type 5 proxy), check "SOCKS 5" and play.

I'm sorry, but this forum is only for Steam-related problems. Please use the Off-Topic forum, for any other problems that you might have.

Hey, let's not be so hard. Unlocked and moved. There are quite a few ways to "get" an IP from the United States. Hotspot Shield (an OpenVPN-based program) and the AOL Dialer (yes) are two.

Yeah, I thought about doing that, but I wasn't sure if he wouldn't make the same mistake twice that way. Nevermind.
