CS.RIN.RU - Steam Underground Community

Alright so I make my new account non cracked 100% legit account, then I purchase aion, and well waiting for it to be approved .. then I get a warning that says my account has been disabled.. then I check my email and it says my card was declined.. I goto check my transaction logs for my credit card and it confirms the money was taken from my account from steam.. so they basically stole from me and disabled my account.. I am sure this is just a glitch but still thats fucked right up...

I am currently waiting for a damn responce from these assholes but no word yet I have provided screenshots of my transaction logs and gave them all the info proving I am who I say I am..

Steam blows man their customer support is about as good as me pissing a a dogs head.. seriously

Steam support takes about 2-3 buisness days. Since you have proof that the transaction took place, you are good. Just wait, be patient and Valve will fix this mess.
