Uhm, PowerPC is a RISC architecture. x86/x64 are CISC architectures. It is all different. In fact, that is literally the absolute contrast. Windows NT 4.0 did run on PowerPC, so yes, porting Windows to PPC is possible. Just like it can be ported to ARM - as shown with Windows 8.
