MediaDefender and MediaSentry merged in 2009 to create Peer Media Technologies. BayTSP is another one, which has made unrealistic claims such as being in control of 100% of "illegal filesharing", or having the capability to find the first source of an upload regardless of how old it is.

Brein is a pretty average player from the Netherlands I think. They had succesful shutdowns all over.

As for contact with scene groups.. I wish you goodluck. But I doubt they will give you any good information if you ever get to speak to them. Just find more info about the warez scene and how it works, this information is all public.
