If I create a secondary dumb account to buy games from russian steam using a vpn and gift them to my main account can I be banned for that? Do you guys recommend me any good russian vpn service? |

brenosabino You can not buy a CD key, then "Gift" it to another account. It doesn't work that way. It will be activated on the account that gets the key. |
