Until April 8th Unity for Android and iOS is available for free! Normally they cost $399 per platform per seat. That means you'll save around $800!
To get your free licenses just go to the Unity Store and select Unity (which is already free), Android and iOS. Also you have to register. The only important part is the e-mail address because you'll get the serial number over mail. The mail explains how to download and activate Unite.
There is a disadvantage if you want to develop for iOS: Because Apple's restrictions you must be an approved Apple Developer for iOS and install the iOS SDK which requires a Mac running Snow Leopard.
