I want to make this picture
Look like this one.




And I can't for the life of me, figure which filter was used or what app, to get those pixels looking like diagonal white lines.
If anybody can figure this one out for me, I will thank them very much.

Hmmm.. The style of it reminds me of something i used in my photoediting days but i cant recall the exact name, ahh irriatating. In a quick look it seems that the levels/curves has been radiacl turned way high ^^ I got some background in ps so maybe i can find what you are looking for, Do you want to create like a horror movie-ish mood of your picture?

After looking at it closer it seems to me one of the stylesied filters(in swedish stiliersierad i think) I dont have ph on my hdd so i cant check but that+ higher curve of light/colours= a match i think =)
