Well, there are a variation of 3d modeling programs. 3dsmax, Cinema4d, and many others. Although I'd like to comment that this is a very complex thing. You also have to convert your model to a usable .mdl and make an animation. This could take around 1 month to learn it and make a decent model. |

hmmmmmm... then...
is there any program for editing Player models....but not for counter strike source!!! |

Im pretty sure you can edit them with Milkshape 3D... There's more info on it here: http://www.swissquake.ch/chumbalum-soft/index.html I havent tried using it but Ive seen some good skins made by it. Site says you can edit models... |
