cuz ping is better, it forces them to recieve our packet at our speed, but if u download stuff from them ull go at their speed

You guys are attacking the web server.... thats not gonna do shit to steam. Expecially when you ping em, it would take thousands of people to do this before it actually has some effect.

Im telling you the truth, you want to waste your time go ahead but this is seriously not gonna do anything. Take a look at the Steam status on their website. Theres no spike at all since the CSS update.
