Fellas, please help. I run the game with steam-emu, bat cant figure out how to play HL2 in russian. I checked regestry, there 'language=russian', ok! All text within game is in russian, but voices still remain in english. Is there a way to fix that? I have registered stem, it works properly on my PC. But when i try install it on my friends PC i have this Language problem. Need Pro advise...... |

SteamEmu 3.02b doesn't seem to work since the last update. Can someone confirm this ? Just to be sure that is steamemu fault and not my css install. thanks |

Thank you mate. Maybe someone can help me then. I've the error message "failed to load platform modules" when i launch steamclient.exe Deleting current profile doesn't resolve the problem. I've tried replacing the new platform.gcf with the old one too with no success. |

Yes. Are you sure that you've made the 5 april update ? I try all I can, and it still doesn't work. I will try reinstalling steam if it really works for you with the 5 april update. |

Funny, I had the same error as this guy so I installed steam fresh new directory. I put those files in, this time when I try to login it *instantly* says could not connect to steam network and shuts down... What to do? |

I've this error when the SteamApps\platform.gcf is not present. Try launch the real steam once (to update platform files). But i'm still stuck with the "platform modules" error after

Ok I finally found what'wrong. SteamEmu302b seems incompatible with the new steamui.dll. So replacing with the old one works like a charm. I don't know why it works for some poeple here, maybe they don't have their platform files updated (just their gcf probably). For all others here is the old steamui.dll. |
