Can you quite read? Yes you can but the crack is ment only for cracked servers! You cannot connect to legit servers!

full installer, that would just mean including valve's steam client installer into emu. i dont feel that its needed, since most of people already have/can easily get steam client separately. and once you copy emu you already can run steamclient.exe with any name/pass w/out ever connecting to valve
EDIT: when you log into steam the first time, it creates the "friends" and "server" directory's containing 3 dll files. It also downloads the "platform.gcf". If these files are not present, the following error will show up: "Fatal Error: Failed to load platform modules."

I launch garry's mod, click new game and it starts the intro for HL2.

Why the fuck should valve care for an offline installer eh? Steam is an online product.
But i agree. Would be nice to have an offline installer that makes everything and asks where the .gcf's are (prepairng working configs).

Go and fucking buy the game, it's a quite worth it piece-of-code. Else, stop whining and play on cracked, else unregister from forum.
This has been posted over and over. There is no ticket error fix, there won't be any. Never - ever. Thus when Valve decides to enable the check again no force will make us play on the legit servers. Greak work !
It works fine !! except when steam language is set to french ...
Steam crashes after the "connecting steam account" window.
English, spanich and russian are working.
Could you please look at this issue, i'd like to play to hl2 in french.

When I throw half-life 2_spanish.gcf in my steamapps folder, Steamclient.exe hangs at start. Deleting it from there makes it work again. I tried to put a GCF04=half-life 2_spanish.gcf before the source sounds but no luck. All of this with steam set into spanish. I suppose it's the same problem that Ralou's with his french. Otherwise, great work!

mkay... another update:
I wrote before you'll have to have the SteamClient.exe up and running.
Tested my theory and fount it not true.
All ya have to do is to have the right dll and right ini's in proper places and then run teh games with orginal game.exe's  _________________ I'm GOD you bitch (offended by my sig? goanfuckyourself )

it says enter password for the encrypted file:
steam.dll is the password hc302b because when i tried it. it doesn't work

I get ERROR as:
ren ClientRegistry.blob to ClientRegistry.blob-
ren steam.dll to steam.dll-
copy steamd.dll to Steam Directory.
delete SteamAppData.vdf,
run the steamclient.exe, Create new account,
unknown software exception(0x80000003), Offset 0x20008e96.
