STEAM BUSTER v4 Final

Hi. The first think i want to say is that my English is not good.

The second think is that my program dont use internet connection. Is EASY and SAFE

-All games work OFFLINE without Steam, if you want GCF or play online buy games from Valve.

How To Install:

Before we start installing Steam Buster v4 close your Steam if it running.

1. Download STEAM BUSTER v4 from:

Previous version:

2. Run STEAM BUSTER v4
In "GCFs Directory" select directory where you have your GCFs (Half-Life 1 or Half-Life 2)
Select a "Engine" (Half-Life 1 games or Half-Life 2 (Source) games)
Select "Installation Directory for HL1 or HL2 engine
You can select to copy your GCFs to "Installation directory"
3. Click "Next" and select games you want to install
You can select that STEAM BUSTER v4 will create Shurtcut on your desktop
4. Click "Next" and select directorys for icons in start menu group

Now you are ready to install.



NOTE!: If you have problem or errors in installing SB (like HLEXTRACT) then install file below:

MICROSOFT VISUAL C++ 2005 RUNTIME LIBRARIES



This program dosent have any viruses, im using newest PC-Cillin AntiVirus
if there a virus then HOST SERVER is guilty

Please give me some sugestions and post bug if there is any.

And one more think: Dont say anything before use this program

OK. Some news. I want to tell everyone (who are interesed) that I making new SteamBuster. I know that there are programs like SB but i cant crack to make new Steam Client (and i dont make repacks). Im still learning progrogramming and new SB show that what i lern.

Please give me some ideas and soultions.

SASIO, if there are any common errors with your program, could you make a short FAQ for them...?

The only program I found that still works today. Keep up the good work.

The only thing that doesn't work it the console. "`" doesn't bring up console. Is there a fix to this?

SASIO, they say that with the previous release hl1 games working ok, but I do not have it.

Gives me validation rejected with DoD:S but otherwise it works great

soypaz2k5 i nothing change in HL1Engine since v3. for my all games work good and without probelm. Check if you have SP2 (if you are using WinXP) (if anyone else have problems with HL1 games please tell me).

and one more think that i dont have time (now) for making new verions of SteamBuster. You can still post bugs and other usefull things for me.

how do i uninstall this?

with an uninstaller... -.-

the uninstaller that came with steambuster tells me to find some log shit and i dont know where to find it. please gimme step by step instructions on how to uninstall it cuz i'm getting rid of every steam client and starting fresh.

Sorry, but will someone post a link to (or explain) the server.dll crack SASIO is refering to, can't find it.

the problem with hl1 games persist and I have xp sp2

everything began to walk bad when valve change engine recently time (aprox. two months) , something happens some error must exist if everything worked ok.

and I am not only, others also reported the same error.
