I need to reinstall my CSS and HL2 games, i have actually downloaded the following patches from page 32

Patch 7 Comprehensive part 1 and 2
Patch 8 part 1, 2 and 3
Patch 9
Patch 10
Patch 11

The problem is, for some reason, i can't download part 3 of patch 7 Comprehensive. Rapidshare will not let me download it, and my internet connection is too slow to download patch 10 Comprehensive.

So i'd appreciate it a lot if somebody could download part 3 of patch 7 Comprehensive and then upload it at ihud.com or megaupload.com

Yes, you can, but i can't, i'm behind a proxy server so my IP changes all time, this doesn't let me download any file from rapidshare.

I just need part 3 of patch 7, i really need that file but i can't download it from rapidshare and i have tried about 20 times already

well i would like to know whats going on, seems like dz released the 12. patch, but i can't see a post about it here...
anyway, found the link while playing on antik server #2 but i dont have it anymore, anyway dz what about it? and why cant i connect to any server anymore? it cancel everytime saying "connection failed after 4 retries" or something like that
