Idiots :)

Tutorial:

Have CueSteam installed, and all the games you want downloaded, and that you are on at least a HL1 account.

Install PeerGuardian 2

Create a block list for VAC Servers:69.28.148.0-69.28.192.255

Now, launch CS:S, or whatever game you wish to play, and click Find Servers. This may take longer time to find the servers as your packets are going through a filter. Join any VAC enabled server. If it says "You do not own this game", click close. And click Join again. Now it should join for ANY server from this point on.

That is not why. Because, yesterday, when the "owange-error" was happening, I activated this blocking mechanism, and it worked. I tested it for CS:S, CS1.6, and DoD:S, and DoD. Worked fine. After I disabled the blocker, the "ownage-error" came back. So yes, this method, confirmed works.

AgentGOD, I have it too! Mine works already.. got this setting longer than an hour and it works. Tested it with Ragdoll Kung Fu, DoD: Source CS: Source HL2: DM CS 1.6 Svencoop and Dystopia!

Edit: Tested it with an empty steam account and no Ticket error! but now i get an another error: Account used somewhere else.

Doesn't work with empty account, this method really is insane, i would never imagine that PeerGuardian would somehow be connected to cracked steam clients, lol. :D

EDIT: Can't find any servers...
EDIT2: Vac2 connection error
EDIT3: Now i removed your "list" and now i can't even connect to DoD:Source servers anymore, "Ownage" error all the time, and i know im doing everything as it is supposed to.

You need to wait an minute if it cant find an server, try to refresh the serverlist again ;)

Edit: Hmm i see.. The Authservers are online now.. Testing with new configurartion...

THIS IS GETTING REALLY INTERESTING, i can connect again.. After Steam reboot.. wow.. Can you/someone tell me what's going on?

i think the authservers are down again. Ill ga crack the steam.exe and steam.dll for the authserver ip's..

And owyeah, I have improved the serverlist on steam. Unblocked all serverlist servers ;)
