bigupload told me 31 ko/s before starting download and is giving file at 67 ko /s

A little slow, but good upload rate, perfadtor.fr is very fast but in beta state and with bad upload rate.
Hard to find a good web hoster....

Here are the RO:O NCFs!
Put them in SteamApps folder and it starts downloading it
If u got the gcfs just extract its content to SteamApps/common/red orchestra

OK.. How do you get all the GCFs to work.. I dont get it.. I always go to some GERMAN site and when i click downloads.. it doesnt have the GCF.. can someone teach me how lol
