Just Steam-Down P11 with update blocker.
credits to cintx (Steam.dll), H33lboSS (original Steam-Down), nixon5 (P11 repack) and RESiGN (for SteamUI.dll patch).
Right now all games are updating yeaaa!!!
Features:
- Fixes Steam Update Error
- New launcher that makes it possible to auto-launch steam when you are offline
- VAC2 Compatible (sometimes)
- Steam 3
- All games updatable (fixed)
- No more launcher
- No need for ppatcher and New fixed Steam.dll
- No Steamengine window
- No need for regular steam
- Get all games in the "My Games" list with any account
- Download some steam games for free
- Play through the "My Games" list without any problems
- Play third party games without any problems
- RESiGN's SteamUI patch (i know its useless but i like it lol)

For all the ppl flaming me saying its not fixed, just wait for the other steam update and then try other clients to see if they work, then test mine, it will still be working.

snkA its not patchable because it has an update blocker :)
the only way to patch it is doing serverside changes.

Right now we can't test it because auth servers must be down, I just tested with two other clients and I can get into legit servers.

what do you mean disco-tek?
you mean you cant download/upload all games?
if its that its thru, but i was playin @ vac2 just now...
uploading is beign worked.

the auth servers are down...it´s possible to play in vac 2 servers...i´m playing with darksteam 3.7 and i can join all servers..so you didn´t fix anything...

auth servers are down two days..
the pingers from german-boy says that all servers are online, but this isnt true... you can connect with all programs to vac2 servers, but perphaps steamdown p12 works ok when auth servers come again jje
