I dont Have CS:S 's GCF files, then how to play on STEAM-DOWN without GCF files ?.
But I have Installed CS:S on my Computer with a Pirated CD.

im sure its ripped from gcfs (extracted version), you cannot use it as gcf's but you can try this out:

* go to steam-down folder
* open steamapps (if there isnt, make one) folder
* make folder, name it to your steam username
* now go to this folder and make new folder "counter-strike source"
* paste your extracted version to there

yeah, It's a Pirated Version like Non-steam CS1.6,
I bought this CS:S from Street illegally.

I love the way how .cue posts =). If most stuff got ripped from .cue i can understand, that he doesnt like it. I dont like ripper / leaker (atleast for CS cheats) either. Atm i am still using cueSTEAM and his patched dll and it is working fine for me (updating and playing games).

I wish you good luck with provision and i hope to see a cracked dll some time later, when i really need it, but i guess my hope is nothing worth ^^. I wish you also good luck with Non Steam. I dont like Non Steam, dunno why exactly. Maybe because of H3llB0ss Non Steam Down (installed it one time, tried it for some minutes and uninstalled it ^^) and i dont like to have everything extracted. The CS:CZ Beta Stuff are enough for CS 1.6 ^^ (wasnt able to use CS:CZ Retail Models bought at "Karstadt" [German Store for everything] and VALVe hasnt answered on my request to add an option to use CS:CZ Models, Sounds and Weapons on CS 1.6 :/).

Anyways good night everyone (22:30 here and i have to stand up at 5:30 :/)

well it gives me an error saying tht the user does not own the game

i have just tested the TFC game and nothing else

can any1 suggest me something new that i can do

you can only play on cracked servers when auth is up

go to http://css.setti.info/servers/list-all.php to find out some cracked servers.

I managed to download Day of Defeat Source and Hl2 Episode 1 before I got the Steam servers busy error. Odd thing happened though when I went to play DOD:S. I opened up the server list picked a random server (I'm not sure if it was running Vac2 or not) and I joined with absolutly no problems. I played for like 20 min. and then decided to go to a different server on a different map and then it stopped working giving me the ususal steam ticket error. O well it was cool while it lasted. :)

it gave me ticket error too, but i typed my account password again and it went in.

hi i ve occured a general error using the crack steam clients. When i try to log in, it shows me a error msg: Platform error: servers\serverbrowser.dll not loading, then it close down.

what shall i do ????

@kch0pa dude after i launch the program it updates like a normal steam does, then it gives me an error like cannot load steamserverbrowser.dll blah blah

can u help me dude? thanks
