or where i can find the CS 1.6 non steam in english????

hi i was testing the CS 1.6 and i found out ...... some sounds like the bomd have been planted or,,,, when CT or Terrosit wins ...... doesnt work :S

i checked my console and i saw this error :

Warning: S_StartDynamicSound Ignored, called with pitch 0


so i was wondering if that is a problem of the CS or is something wrong with my config ....... ..... well i just dont know

anybody know anything???

i've got a problem. a friend gave me the link for the 1.6 non steam. but if i now try this link it comes "You are not authorized to view, download or link to this Site."
can somebeody give me the link for the 1.6 without steam?
