hell0 i have downloadet the CS non steam update from http://CS.rin.ru/download-CS16-non-steam-eng.html
but when i am cre8 a game it's just comming up a window saying:
Fatal Error Dedicated server
Mod_NumForName: Sprites/Voiceicon.spr not found

WTF is wrong i think the game is corrupt but then i must download it again

my browser (opera) doesn't load the attachment, the CS1.6 non steam version u linked in this forum.

but i dont have permission or sumthing.
crap. when i'm logged in the page will not be loaded.

a)No nz0n.what i said to place into valve\vale\sprites as the attachment that i posted. the update gets installed into both your valve and your CS folders. some files go into valve. (the folder will say valve) and some will go to CS. (folder will say CStrike).

if your on a 56k give it some time but i just clicked on it and the download for CS 1.6 showed up so your doin somethin wrong

now i have downloaded CS 1.6 non steam update and placed it to my half-life map. But it won't work i can come in to half-life and change game to counter strike but when I'm creating a new game it's just comming up a window telling somfing about wrong models/sprites what is wrong please tell me. //Nz0n

I need to know how do I have to install CS 1.6 without Steam, Step by Step... because I installed a version but when I clicked in New Game the game dead (with a sound loop)!!! I can only restart my computer...

I have Windows 98 Second Edition
256Mb RAM
40Gb Hard Disk
Athlon XP 2000
