For all those wanting to host files but dont have a hosting service,
my latest version of the GCF Patcher GUI gives each user an FTP service upon launching for the first time,
and saves it to use from then on.

works the same as the old one with 'my shared files', just this time idiots can't keep changing the password cos everyone has there own and the passwords are kept private to the user :P

or you can just put your own ftp host in hosts.txt.
format: ftp://username:password@someftphost.com
much easier having the file-sharing inside the program don't you think?

sorry if i create this post in wrong place :P

but yesterday, our "lovling" valve has released new wersion of sourcesdk and i cant make my maps :( can somebody uploads this, or if this v19 from first page works just tell me, because i dont want too waste my limit dowload on month (i've got only 10gb :( )

Here is Earth 2160 ncf and common folder in one file, be quick to re upload it to another place, so it doesnt get deleted, (the ncf is inside the rar file):

it downloads between 40 and 100 kb/s be grateful, i dont know any other hoster which can handle big files up to 900mb, if you have one please tell me, if you dont, use upfile, dont start insulting it, at least it works :wink:

umm.. my program.. top of the page..
check the 'share files' checkbox and you got yourself your own free host and will automatically upload the gcf bat, info files etc.. as you make them with my GCF Patcher GUI.

why are you all so afraid of using it?

Hey guys, sorry if this has been asked, but can someone make a very little app which tells you if u have a empty GCF (called mini-gcf) or you have a full GCF?

Hi!

Most likely the NCF format of Earth 21.60 will also not work from a steam client!
You can still use this method to launch it:

readme:
0 - You don't need steam at all :)
In the Video folder there is a different logo from the cd/dvd version.
Put it to your earth 2160 folder. (but change back to original if you want
to use steam while the .ncf+common folder are in the SteamApps dir otherwise
steam will try to update the game.)
Earth 2160.mp3 is the installer music from cd/dvd version

1 - Edit these 2 lines in earth2160.reg (you have to set them where the game is):
"DataPath"="C:\\Games\\Steam\\SteamApps\\common\\earth 2160/>"
"OutputDir"="C:\\Games\\Steam\\SteamApps\\common\\earth 2160"

(maybe you noticed this line:
"Language"="FRENCH"
I don't know why but this is the default and for me the program is in
English so leave it)

2 - When finish save and run it once

3 - Run earth2160-keygen.exe
It'll generate a serial automatically but you can generate another serials
pressing this button: <Neue Seriennummer generieren>

4 - Run Steam\SteamApps\common\earth 2160\Earth2160_START.exe
and use generated serial number.

If the game didn't ask a serial do this:
Run regedit
Find this:
HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-21-1547161642-1563985344-839522115-1003\Software\
Reality Pump\Earth2160\
Delete this folder:
SerialKey

5 - Choose activate by phone
The game will write an activation number

6 - Switch back to keygen (you can use alt+tab) and fill it:
'Seriennummer der zu aktivierenden Installation:'
The generated and used serial number
'Aktivierungsnummer:'
Activation number wrote by the game
Now press <Freischaltcode berechnen> button and the keygen will write the:
'Freischaltcode:'
Activation code

7 - Write the activation code to the activation window.

8 - Play the game.
