lol someone got slapped ahhahah

i just wanted to say the purchase pending issue
is best to my knowledge something that has been patched
a number of times before in various cracks and the intention
is that if your "Ticket" for the game you are running has a
status of "purchase pending" you may not be able to load a game.
I have seen darkmanx claim that some of my cracks needed
that patched but in all honesty i have seen no need to patch this out at all ever.

here is some more info as to what it atcualy means..

Note: Info taken from "steamui_english.txt"

This message is a good one, back when we used to crash steam
on registering cd keys we would get this message and then
be able to have a game added to our account (until valve caught on)

This part is probably what gets patched out
and is an extra measure to make sure games RUN.

Verify Game content, or delete appupdatestats or clientregistry.blob

i have same problem when trying to update css it stuck's at 71% :(
