did u already tried that? cuz there isnt any ncf file related to language here.
the ncfs i got here r main1, main2, low violence, content and multiplayer

Low violence stands for german, but only deleting this ncf will just result in having no language. To change it to english you have to add call of duty 2 multiplayer english.ncf and the localized files localized_english_iwxx.iwd. Then you can change language ingame.

i have call of duty 2 multiplayer english.ncf and localized_english_iw00-09.iwd, but the localized_english files have 0 bytes.

can u up the localized_english files?

if i delete the localized_german files, the menu gets liek "MENU_STARTGAME", "MENU_OPTIONS", "MENU_QUIT"... and the game cant be startd

Sorry I can't upload them, 5Kb/s is too slow to upload. The localized files 0KB because you added the english.ncf so Steam saw that there are missing files and created oKB files for it.
In the menu you get "MENU_STARTGAME", "MENU_OPTIONS", "MENU_QUIT" because there are no localized strings when you delete the german files.
You could download the DVD Image somewhere and take the localized files from there, or probably somebody else can upload it (~1,4GB).

the dvd image u talkin bout is for ps2? the ps2 dvd r ~1.9GB and for pc ~3.5GB.

No I mean the complete Image of CoD2 for PC don't know how big it is. With 1,4GB i meant the size of the localized files. So if somebody thinks about uploading them already knows how big they are.
