I installed sasio to my steam dir, and started it and went to steam i dled some games like garry's mode and half-life 2 but if i dled cs 1.6 and condition zero gfc then they are stuck at some %. They wont go on, it says downloading but acually they arent just stuck at %. Anybody knows solution to it?

omg I think you are really too stupid for using cracked steam...what was myquestion to you? List of gcfs so I can tell you which one you miss. On this site there are all files you need.

So i'll try, have you half-life engine.gcf in your SteamApps folder?
And now don't tell me you want to play cs and not hl.

What did i tell you? Not tell me this and you also didn't post a list of gcfs in SteamApps dir.
So one question, what is cs? It is an official mod for hl, so you also need the half-life engine.gcf and platform.gcf or can a game be run without an engine?
So you need all these files here:

Code: Select all | Line number On/Off | Expand/Contract
condition zero.gcf
counter-strike.gcf
half-life engine.gcf
platform.gcf
half-life.gcf


half-life.gcf will be downloaded via Seam when you have half-life engine.gcf in your SteamApps folder.

@Johhu: You have 2 ways:
1. Install Half-Life in Steam
2. Get half-life engine.gcf in the stickied GCF Thread and the other ones will be download by Steam then, if it won' download rest download complete half-life from GCF Thread.

I dled half-life engine.gcf and if i started steam nothing happened. Should there appear half life logo in Installed group?
And if i putted half-life engine.gcf into steam dir should i have to got platform.gcf also there?

what files are being edited? so i can backthem up because i need this patch only for a short period of time [couple of hours]
