We decided to put the forum back online, although an anonymous hacker got into the forum and hacked MrDeviance's signature (among other things):
If those who hacked us belong to Valve or any legal authorites, I advise them that this is a russian site and you are not allowed to gather personal information of users, if you belong to an organization from outside russia.
CS RIN is a site which does not suit a "suspended" index page!

Oh wow... thats hard... but i coulkdnt imagine that someone from valve or another legal authority would hack such a forum... cause why should they brak the law cause someone broke it?
Wouldnt make it better i think.
But if i saw the things you wrote while the Forum was off was really well decided. I really start liking this Forum more and more. Go on like This!
