Do you need to extract Garry's Mod Cilent to SourceMods or steamapps main folder?

ok my hl2ep2 got borke somehow and i need to know if i have all the gcfs i need i have

episode 1 shared

episode two content

episode two maps

episode two materials

episodic 2007 shared

half-life 2 episode two english

source 2007 binaries<im haveng problesm with this 1 when i try to start hl2ep2 on steam it cannot update and corrupts and when i update with cft it finishes updateing but steam still whants to update it when it tryes to update it it whont show up in cft heres the rest of ym gcfs

source 2007 shared materials

source 2007 shared models

source 2007 shared sounds
i downlaoded gmod for all of the source 2007 and all the normal source
files wihtotu 2007 behind it but steam still says hl2ep2 downlaoding paused cft shows all the files at 100% help what files am i missing

I downloaded all the GCFs I needed for Garry's Mod, I checked CF Toolbox for confirmation, when I started it, after a while of loading, it stops loading and says "You do not own this game".

Team Fortress 2 is very Outdated.
When I Launch Crack Steam , its says 88.00 % - Team Fortress 2
CF Toolbox - team fortress content . gcf - outdated
Please upload new ones and up to date
