Huh? You mean it's been removed or something? That game was entertaining (even though it gets boring on the 2nd level).

It's not in the Steam Store but it's still downloadable from Valve. Use steam://install/92 to get it.

Have you read the first post? Does it tell you you can download Portal with cracked Steam or not?
Portal is downloadable through cracked Steam since Portal: First Slice exists.

From what I rember, you can download all of TF2 from cracked Steam so long as your Client GCF is 100% and upto date.
