I have a problem in my laptop though its working fine on my desktop. My laptop runs vista, here's what I did: 1. Installed steam, updated it and cracked it with Undead Patch 2. Copied fully updated and patched GCF files from my desktop and pasted it into steamapps When I run steam in my laptop, it does not show GTR Evolution at all (just Race 07) and says Preloading complete and gives me an option to buy the game. I checked with CF Tool and it said that all files are 100% valid. Help please! |

Would be great if you could make updates. Thanks in advance. Your files "race 07 gtr evolution.gcf" and "race 07 files.gcf" are out of date and it is not possible to updated with from steam servers. Also, I can't make update for race 07 files for some reason. CFToolbox says error creating update... Try to recreated achives and re-post here. Please also verify your files with CFToolbox to see if they are correct. |

I think I got it. I have "race files.gcf" instead of "race 07 files.gcf", I'm downloading it now together with a ver31 update, is this the newest? Could you make a update for my gtr evolution.gcf in the meantime? Thank you. |

Thank you. race_07_gtr_evolution.2_to_4.update.7z: http://ifile.it/9mi4v7y ver32 is a different crap... there are online and offline verions. Offline version has all files extractedd from gcf files. gcf versions below:

Ok thanks, now I don't get any errors. But when I start GTR there pops up a little windows where it says something like "Steam is checking files"... Then it disappears and nothing happens. What now? EDIT: I corrected the files with CFToolbox. But now I have another problem: When I start GTR it says that I have to install Race07, when I click yes nothing happens... Any idea? |

GTR Evolution is actually an addon to Race 07 as it uses same engine. So you have to have Race 07 files as well. |
