This morning, I created a 2nd Steam account to play L4D.
Now, I try to launch steam and my legit account and L4D account are both disabled :'(

hm...bat launcher wont work...maybe if we overwrite it to left4dead.exe

so make a bat, and inside of it:
left4dead.exe -game left4dead

still wants to run steam... dunno how to make it nonsteam...

That should not be working since left4dead.exe is different with hl2.exe, you can use hl2.exe to start source engines mods while left4dead.exe cannot. If you wanted to use steam to start it, please use SMD to crack steam.dll and then copy all the required files into steamapp folder and Common folder in steamapp folder.

I just apply the method to play L4D with a new account, i played online with guys from this forum.

My 2 accounts are now "disabled" i can't login.https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?p_faqid=368

Steam disabled both my cracked account AND legit account, and I have NEVER logged into my legit account on a cracked Steam...

I downloaded this torrent,

and I applied the engine.dll thing and I have used multiplayer successfully. How ever sometimes Left 4 Dead will randomly close it self. Was there something I didn't apply or do I need to use the Left 4 Dead copy you guys linked?
