@pixel - Download 7z!! http://www.7-zip.org/download.html then go to where the 3 archive files you downloaded to patch Team Fortress 2. Right click one of the three archives, go to extract files, then point to where your Team Fortress 2 Directory is located, which is usually C:/program files/team fortress 2, then you may be prompted if you want to merge folders or replace files. just go with the flow and you'll be updated. If i can help anymore feel free to contact me at metalmilt@gmail.com, as this is the best way to contact me. I want to thank cXhristian for being a big help to me on irc with learning some of these concepts floating around here and for providing the latest update for TF2 which worked flawless, while i was waiting on Cr@ck-IT to release his for TF2. Thx to both of you for the work. |

Quote: Crack it why you uploed the whole 2.1 can't you just give us the link from 2.0 to 2.1 only the 0.1 Yes man please. BTW, i downloaded the comprehensive one (2.1) and i can't open it. (I'm using 7-Zip) Does anyone know why? Thanks! -- Edit -- Wow finally got it! It was all because the .003 archive was bad named. It's name had an extra space. When i deleted the space, the .001 and .002 archives automatically renamed to (1).001 and (2).002, so i just deleted the (1) and (2) and it worked! Good luck Pixel! |

Heya... Could you check on the update v2.1 again? I had no problems with 2.0, but I simply CAN'T unpack the files on this one. If I get one by one, I unzip half of it, but I can't unzip the models files and maps. Probably corrupted. =/ And yeah, I tried re-downloading. A bunch o times. Thanks in advance! =] |

If my patch fucked up your game, then sorry. But I it was just something I made for metalmilt while the 2.1 wasnt released yet. I didnt test it myself or anything. |

Did anyone still have 2.0 patch files? Or links to them? I would be really glad... Files for 2.1 simply doesn't run on my PC, this "small" patch messed up my game and now I'm nowhere with nothing |

Works perfectly, just played 2 hours non-stop. I even got a few achievements. (Dunno if they were saved after I quit the server tough) Anyway I didn't manage to unlock any weapons. Is it even possible with this release? When I get to the loadout screen it says it can't connect to steam or something, but I've seen other players on the server use new weapons (sniper's bow, spy's ambassador...) I'm not using steam or any emulators. So how do I unlock and use new weapons? |
