Hi guys, First of all I would like to say thank you to the Crack-it team for providing us with such a brilliant standalone. Here is my problem: I could play this game a few months ago but stopped but now i want to play again, so i patched to 3.3 and everything went smoothly. The only problem is when i join a server, the loading bar would come up to "Sending client info" and then just suddenly go back to the main menu/serverbrowser. I have tried a number of servers, including one i hosted myself, I just cant seem to find the solution. This is what it says in console: DataTable warning: No matching RecvTable for SendTable 'DT_TFPumpkinBomb'. Client missing DT class CTFPumpkinBomb Missing RecvProp for DT_CaptureFlag - DT_CaptureFlag/m_iszModel Host_EndGame: CL_ParseClassInfo_EndClasses: CreateDecoders failed. I would appreciate some help, thanks. On a side note, I have found that rapidshare takes an awful amount of time and was wondering if you could change it from rapidshare to mediafire or a torrent? Until then, I have found a great add-on for firefox users that helps. It is called: http://skipscreen.com . Thanks for reading and keep up the good work

I am having the same/similar problem like shadowolf. My console says: DataTable warning: No matching RecvTable for SendTable 'DT_TFPumpkinBomb'. Client missing DT class CTFPumpkinBomb Missing RecvProp for DT_CaptureFlag - DT_CaptureFlag/m_nUseTrailEffect Host_EndGame: CL_ParseClassInfo_EndClasses: CreateDecoders failed. |

Same error here I guess it's hard to track TF2 updates. Either that or patch is broken. I have a working steam version. Noobie question... Would it be possible for me to convert it to non-steam? @Cr@ck-IT Small suggestion... It wouldn't be so bad if you could add release date of TF2 update beside your patch number. Thanks a lot for all the work you've here done so far. EDIT: Skip that. Somehow I missed your Changelog link. shadowolf wrote: On a side note, I have found that rapidshare takes an awful amount of time and was wondering if you could change it to rapidshare to mediafire or a torrent? Why don't you give Jdownloader a try It works for me like a charm. http://jdownloader.org/ It's only downside is that it requires Java. http://www.java.com/en/download/manual.jsp |

Ooh Thx a bunch Mr. Source_engine I'll give it a go right now! EDIT: MiSteamPrep worked out of the box for me. Now just to get rid of sudden, random 0.5-1 second freezes I am experiencing in steam version. Tried all kinds of cvars to no avail. Seems I'm experiencing incoming packet loss, and it's not my connection upstream to server. There was none of that in Cr@ck-IT version. EDIT #2: It seems it was my external USB hard disk, because no freezing anymore since I transfered extracted files to my regulard hd. Now only unlocking weapons left. Problem is that ingame I get messages about unlocking weapons but can't equip them. |

Shadowolf, it's kind of hard to understand what you're asking. And I have a problem myself, but I'm not really sure if you guys can help me with this: Cr@ck-IT's version of tf2 worked fine, until I got a little inpatient and downloaded a patch from kso.lv (specifically the Halloween patch, equivalent to 3.2 or 1.7.2 (I think)). That worked out okay for a few days until Team Fortress began crashing on me whenever I tried connecting to a server or tried making a server myself. I already tried applying Cr@ck-IT's patch, and reinstalled TF2, but both of them lead to the same conclusion. Help please! I need my TF2 fix, it's like an addiction now |

As I seems like CR@CK-iT is less active now I would suggest those of you who cant wait for update to get a Steam version of this. Yes, you have to download the whole game again, but then you dont have to relay on CR@CK-iT to always make updates for you. Steam is doing that without any problems. Respect for your releases, CR@CK-iT! |

Please see my previous post. cXhristian wrote: I would suggest those of you who cant wait for update to get a Steam version of this. Do you mean buying the game? If there was a way to get the game to update it normally as it would on steam, I would go for that. If so, please could you post a link? |

Just crack Steam. (Dont tell me you didnt know it is possible to crack Steam?) Look in the releases section for a crack. When Steam is cracked you can play the game on cracked servers just like this. The only downsides is that you always have to run Steam too and you cant choose weapons like you can with revEmu. |

These releases are so fantastic. I have a problem with this TF2 one, though. I downloaded the base installer documents, installed and ran them and they worked perfectly. Only problem was, this version doesn't pick up any of the servers. I uninstalled, reinstalled and then applied the 3.3 update and I can see servers now, but I get an HL2 appcrash whenever I try to load a game. This happens if I try to connect to an internet server OR start one of my own. As soon as I click begin, the screen goes black and I get a windows error about an Hl2.exe appcrash. I've been able to play the CounterStrike cr@ckit release with absolutely no problems whatsoever and I can successfully load my own TF2 game in the base install of TF2. Anyone else having this issue? My next step is downloading the legit version of TF2 from my steam account and seeing if it's a problem with my computer in general and not the standalone release. |

Got the same exact problem bentout12. I'm personally moving onto cracking steam.... though Cr@ckit's releases will always get into my LAN parties somehow |
